This allows entry in one or both
the Live Contest and Calendar Contest

Understand that by submitting for the calendar contest if I am selected as a winner I will make myself available for the professional photo shoot and give permission for my image to be placed in the MS Missisissippi Bike Fest 2008 Calendar.
Understand that by submitting for the live contest I will be required to appear in person for the contest and give full permission for my image to be used in conjuction with MS GC Bikefest materials and events.
